EWORO, AGBAZUE AND ONSLAUGHT IN ABBA COMMUNITY

When the Nigerian Police is described as the institution of government that is established to protect lives and properties, and also to ensure the protection of the fundamental human rights of Nigerian citizens, Nigerians who have been victims of police brutality and the desecration of their fundamental human rights by personnel of the Nigerian Police will beg to disagree with the true functions of the Nigerian Police in the society as most of their operations and dealings seems to be the direct opposite of what their rule book says.

Mr. Echeng Eworo, upon assuming office as Anambra State Commissioner of Police promised the people of the state that he will pursue the path of justice in his dealings with the people of the state, and will also ensure that security is beefed up to ensure the protection of lives and properties in the state. But his actions and deeds since he assumed duty in Anambra State has been aimed at perpetuating injustice on the altar of naira and kobo infamously being powered by Prince Arthur Eze, the globally acknowledged and recognized famous land grabber from Ukpo community in Anambra State.

Mr. Patrick Emeka Agbazue, the unfortunate Commander of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) unit of the Nigerian Police Force, Awkuzu command in Anambra State, the baptized disbanded SARS unit of the Nigerian Police has become the present errand boy who has made himself a willing tool and instrument of Mr. Echeng Eworo, who is bent on massaging the egos of Prince Arthur Eze, as to justify the monetary inducement made to him to carry out a perpetual aggressive onslaught against the people of Abba community who are in land dispute with Ukwulu and Ukpo communities.

Mr. Patrick Emeka Agbazue, working on a perfected written script by Prince Arthur Eze has since arrested and detained the President General and Financial Secretary of Abba Town Union on some frivolous trumped up charges; and the duo have been remanded in a correctional facility in Anambra State as a means of instilling fear on the people of Abba community from continuing in their legal battle with the people of Ukwulu/Ukpo over the Agu-Abba ancestral land which is still before the court.

As intended by Prince Arthur Eze, Mr. Echeng Eworo and Mr. Patrick Emeka Agbazue have been executing the plans of their benefactor who has continued to fund their unconstitutional actions and deeds. And this is why the course of justice has been sacrificed on the altar of mammon against the law abiding people of Abba community.

But one fact remains sacrosanct, even Mr. Echeng Eworo and Mr. Patrick Emeka Agbazue are very much aware that there actions will be dismantled before the court at the end of the day; they are very much aware of the real truth surrounding the land dispute matter, but have chosen to follow the infamous path of injustice because of the pecuniary financial gains they will make from the aggressor – Prince Arthur Eze. But soon, the truth will be revealed and those who stood on the path of injustice will be put to shame. Not even a combined force of Prince Arthur Eze, Mr. Echeng Eworo and Mr. Patrick Emeka Agbazue will be able to stop the truth from coming to light at the day of reckoning. And on that day, there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth for the disciples and perpetuators of injustice.
